The hotel is high-class and beautifully designed, creating a lovely atmosphere. the staff is exceptionally friendly, contributing to an outstanding experience. Its perfect location is near the center of Lencois, providing easy access to Chapada Diamantina National Park and the surrounding attractions.

the hotel's location was riverside, next to a waterfall. the room was soothing and new-fashioned with a hair dryer, shower caps, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. the staff were great and knew the area.

Overall it was well-appointed and extremely pleasant in simple style.

Everything was superb, from the excellent service to the delicious food. the well-trained and efficient staff truly stood out. I thoroughly enjoyed my deluxe apartment, and the garden view was a lovely bonus. the location is fantastic, right by the river, and it’s conveniently close to Lencois for outdoor activities and the bus station.

This hotel has great architecture, well-furnished rooms with a lovely view, and a nice pool area.

Nothing bad to say.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel located on a river with a perfect spot in the town centre. the rooms were nicely decorated, and we had a great view from our small balcony with a hammock. the breakfast buffet had a big variety and was very good. There were many facilities in and around the hotel like a fabulous pool, sauna, and gardens that put you in contact with the local culture.

The service isn't as great as expected, but that doesn't take away from the lovely atmosphere.
